Getting Over a Break Up Fast
The most common ways of getting over a break up
are to engage , distract or hypnotize your mind away from
the emotional attachments of the break up. It's common sense actually.
If you can engage yourself - become so busy

interesting that will distract you from your break up and help you get over
those emotionally disturbing times. Distraction may not be a very effective
means to take your mind and your life away from your breakup. It will work only
if your emotional involvement with your ex was not deep enough.

door with your left hand, Thrust out your right fist which is still tightly
closed with all those crushed feelings of the breakup trapped inside it.

hand as if dusting it, then pull it in and close the window immediately. Now go
