the higher plane of awareness... i.e the spiritual angle,
whatever problems you might be facing i.e health (even deadly
diseases like cancer), wealth, relationships, success, career,
happiness in fact whatever your life situation may be... It is
caused by energy blockages in your system that make you emit the
requisite energy signals (just like animal scents). These attract the
particular conflict, problem, people or situation into your
life placing you exactly wherever you might be standing right now.
Yes you are being dished out exactly whatever you are calling for
yourself. Breathing exercises or meditation help to clear all
these blockages and promote free flow of energy, thereby giving
out the right signals to attract abundance, love, happiness,
success, joy, money, health or whatever it is that you are
after.

A whole lot of
research and personal testing has gone into it. it helped me to
recover from regular anxiety attacks (breathlessness, erratic
heartbeats, light headedness, headaches, burning eyes) for which I had been
seeking medical advice without much of an improvement. It reduced
my stress and depression. It relaxed me thoroughly and I developed
a whole new awareness and self confidence... Also I found myself
progressing steadily upwards on the success ladder.
So
here it is presented in the simplest form possible without loading
it up with hard to digest techniques or theories. If you are
having a problem of whatever nature, try these exercises for a
week at least, You will start noticing immediate improvement on
the physical plane. The spiritual side will also awaken with regular
practice and refinement.

Do
these exercises for twenty minutes at a time at least twice a
day. first thing in the morning and in late evening. Stick to
your timings regularly.

You
may do them while standing up straight or while sitting on a
chair with your feet on the floor, back straight and hands
open in your lap.
-
You
may close your eyes or leave them open. But if you keep the
eyes open try to focus on a particular spot.
-
During
pleasant weather you might do these exercises in a natural
setting like a park, seaside, or other natural environment.
Though any room in your home will do equally well, just try to
find a quite spot, though any place will do just fine... they
are only breathing exercises.

While
doing these, focus on your breathing. Try to keep your mind
blank, You might achieve this by counting how long you can
hold your breath comfortably, or by fixing your gaze on some
natural scenery and admiring it.
Ok
here goes:
Deep Breathing Exercises: There are
Four different Breathing techniques described here,
initially you may pick the one that you find the easiest to do or
you might experiment with all four, do whatever suits you
comfortably:

Take
a deep breath... as deep as you can go, through your nostrils,
and then exhale slowly... also through the nostrils. Keep
repeating.
-
Take
a deep breath... as deep as you can go through your nostrils,
and then exhale slowly Through your mouth. Keep repeating.
-
Take
a deep breath... as deep as you can go through your nostrils,
Try to hold it for a while, You can count between 15-30 or
until you can hold it comfortably and then exhale slowly
either through the nostrils or the mouth. Keep repeating.
-
Take
a deep breath... as deep as you can go ,first breath through
one nostril while keeping the other one closed with your thumb
or forefinger; then exhale through the other nostril while
closing the first one. Keep repeating. Then reverse the
order of the inhale and exhale nostrils and keep repeating.
After
a few days practice You will find that the breathing technique
comes to you naturally.
Now you can expand a bit: Once you have
developed a breathing rhythm gently start thinking positive
thoughts in your mind. Some of my favorites are:

"I am
totally relaxed".
-
"I am peaceful".
-
"I am
Healthy".
-
"I
am Healthy and have an ideal weight".
-
"I release all negative feelings".
-
"I am grateful".
-
"I am totally abundant".
-
"money flows to me
speedily, easily, effortlessly and joyfully".
-
"I am
successful".
-
"I give unconditional love to all".
-
"I am brimming with confidence".
-
"I am
creative".
In any given breathing session, select one or two
of the above power statements and keep repeating them silently in
your mind.
You
should start noticing immediate improvements, like you will sleep
better, feel more energetic and other health related
improvements... And if you keep at it, you will soon start feeling
more confident, enthusiastic and full of life. This energy will
ultimately propel you to take positive steps and create conditions
to bring you closer to your goals in life.
