Break Up Depression - How to Cope with Situational Depression From Breaking Up in Relationships

If you have had a bad breakup with your girlfriend / boyfriend or spouse, you will experience periods of fluctuating emotions ranging from feelings of loss, anger, sadness, guilt, jealousy even feelings of hatred or thoughts of revenge.
