God's Balancing Act

Life at the best of times is a puzzle.

Why was this world created? Why was man created? What’s the purpose of living? Why so the endless violence? The endless dissension between humanity, the killings, the hunger, the disease, the natural disasters? It’s almost as if human beings cannot live at peace with each other. And natures endless cycles of catastrophes seem to be designed to balance out the negative impact of  uncontrolled evolvement.

It’s awesome if you look at the finely balanced intricate cycles of nature, our solar system, the workings of our own internal biological systems. Every little speck, every little gear seems to be working in perfect symphony. There is absolute perfection in nature. There is beauty, there is growth, there is development, there is life, there is a cyclic rhythm. Then there is danger, there is disease, and... there is a fine tuned balance.  

The designer did give it a great deal of thought. He worked out every detail in loving care. He had an eternity to work out the perfection. It almost seems as if we are the playing fields of some fertile imagination, be it universe - the great God who created us. 

Are we being fooled by the pundits of religion? Are we being forced to toe some false line?  Is this nothing more than the natural process of evolution? Every little thing has a purpose, every piece of this cosmic puzzle is balanced. But then the perfection is too fine to be considered mere glitches of the natural processes of creation. It’s almost like a controlled experiment taking place in a giant laboratory of some great scientist, the handiwork of some great artist. It’s unfathomable by even the greatest minds that are, have or will exist... Ever. 

Yes... we can expand, we can grow, we can explore, we can discover, we can recreate, we can destroy, we can damage  as long as we remain within the preset boundaries, the invisible force fields , barriers or shields  that no one , yes no one has been able to penetrate or cross over yet.

Our progress is being monitored by the great being, the great powers that be, the controlling force, the balancing factor... The God. It’s almost as if we are in a prison, in a laboratory caged like an experimental animal, we can do whatever we like as long as we stay within the preset boundaries. If we try to cross the limits, some preset alarm, or program subroutine is triggered and  kicks in and we are thrown back by the forces of nature... The cosmic cycle of God’s or natures  balancing act kicks in. 

Yes each and every one of us has the power to expand beyond the greatest, so long as we fail to be deterred by the checks and balances imposed upon us by our peers and fellow human beings. Our only real limit is the force field that has been preset equally for everyone by the great controller. Besides that there is no other limiting power, except that which we impose upon ourselves consciously or unconsciously . So throw those fetters that are holding you back! You have the absolute power to step boldly forward. Don’t let anything weigh you down. Step beyond the boundaries that have been set by your fellow beings and strive to reach those limits that have been set by the forces that be. 

Here’s yet another perplexing question: Just because God created us, does that mean he can play around with us just like that?
