If you are feeling stuck in certain areas of your life and nothing seems to be working for you, or nothing is going your way... you feel like your life is stuck in a rut and survival is getting tougher day by day....

You are undoubtedly at the cross roads where you need to make a serious  life change, yet no break is coming your way even though in your opinion you are doing your best... You are simply at the point where you do not know what to do anymore and living everyday becomes an uphill task.

 If you find yourself stifled right now, if you find you are experiencing certain problems financial, social, relationship or psychological… know that it is time to change… get ready to change… make up your mind to change … prepare to change…

 Step back.  Take a look around you. Acknowledge everything you see. Do not condemn, hate or curse it… bless it, say thank you to your higher power for letting you experience it, realize that as per the laws of cause and effect and the laws of attraction… You attracted this to yourself through your previous thought processes.

 Do not feel guilty, outraged, angry, like a looser… acknowledge it. Thank god for this experience. Accept that it was an essential stage in your personal growth. Accept  responsibility for it and know that you are now ready to move on…

... and you will move on since you have already graduated to a higher spiritual level of understanding.

 Since you have now accepted that it is your thought processes that effect your decisions and choices that cause , effect and attract circumstances and events into your life/reality…

You do realize that you have the power to think whatever you want into your life…
 By saying ‘think whatever you want into reality’ I do not mean to imply that there is some magic, mumbo jumbo or wizardry involved… it is totally logical and scientific…

You first think before you are able to act, and your actions produce your results. For instance if you want to lift a glass and move it. Your mind first thinks about doing this activity before you take actual action. Your mind first thinks consciously or unconsciously before you take any action or make any choice… and it is your choices or actions that determine the results.

 So as a first step you need to improve the quality of your thoughts.

 So you need to make a few changes that’s all you need to do… Change a few critical things and you will be on your way to a new reality.

 Here I am going to outline the exact steps that need to be taken to be on your way:

  1.  Desire to get out of your current circumstances into a better reality

  2. Accept your part in attracting your reality… take responsibility

  3. Realize that you have the power to change your reality

  4. Determination to change your reality

  5. Release all blockages, fear and negative thought patterns holding you up

  6. Install new thought patterns or reprogram your mind

  7. Analyze your inner feelings to get a sense of direction and come up with a goal

  8. Focus on the goal

  9. Take action.

  10. keep persisting until you achieve or reach your destination or discover a new reality for yourself.

 Here you might say that you have tried all self help products and nothing works.. well let me tell you that most people get caught up in the cycles at step 5 and 6, or do not stick to the prescribed program long enough to effect appreciable change… or all their efforts are fired in each and every direction without any focus, or sometimes without any goal and at times with not action at all…

 Please note no self help product will work on its own, if you are determined enough to succeed , nothing can hold you back… Most self help products are recounting and building upon the universal truths that do not change… they remain the same through out the centuries… they are being discovered and rediscovered all over again, but simply studying universal laws does not ensure success…

You must be prepared to put in the effort and work needed to make it happen. Though if you are really going with the universal flow… this will not be an effort at all… everything will be working out incredibly smooth and in perfect synchronization like a well designed and well oiled piece of mechanical equipment, where one set of gears sets in motion another that operates the critical equipment to do the job it is expected to do.

 Or are you working too hard to attain your goals… you need to back off… take some time off…. Go do something different… go luxuriate in a long hot bath and really relax. Go take a walk that gives you a thorough work out… go sleep, and think about your problem in a totally relaxed state of mind… let your creative mind give you the solution.

 9 things you can do right now to get out of the rut you are currently stuck in:

  1.  Thank  God for your situation

  2. Bless everyone and everything in your life right now.

  3. Accept responsibility for thinking your current situation into your reality

  4. Go take a long walk

  5. Luxuriate in a hot bath

  6. Go sleep a deep peaceful sleep while turning the problem over to your mind knowing that you will find a solution.

  7. When you wake up early morning deeply relaxed, review your situation… do you want to get out of it, what do you really want to do

  8. Take a peace of paper and start brain storming…

  9. Find what you really want to do

 Keep repeating the above 9 steps until you do figure out what you really want to do then proceed further:

  1.  Write down your goals on a sheet of paper.

  2. Read your goals every day

  3. Sleep deeply in the night

  4. And think about solutions to your issues while you wake up deeply relaxed each morning

  5. Come up with an action plan

  6. Start taking focused action

  7. Be determined.

  8. You can do it.
