Break ups don't come clean whatever the nature of the relationship. There is always a lingering after taste. However hard a person may try to completely disengage from a relationship, he or she cannot succeed in wiping away those bitter sweet memories with a swish of the duster. Like it never was. A break up may usually be instigated by a failure in adequate communication. It's not just the He talk-She talk thing... It's how he or she interprets what you are trying to convey. The message at the receiving side may be totally divergent to what you're actually trying to convey!

Various solutions exist on the market for effectively managing break ups, ranging from dealing with breakup nerves, anxiety and depression, to anger management and emotional healing. And then there is the period of 'getting out from under the influence...' Yes, a person's self worth or self esteem may have taken a big dent as a result of the breakup.

Sometimes the intensity of engagement or connection between the two partners may be so great, that the break up may totally disorient or shatter a person's life.

However, always remember that nothing is impossible. You can always get over a breakup as fast as you want to. It all depends on you...

1. Release all anger and negative emotions you may have about the relationship.

2. Forgive your ex partner to release any grudges and bring peace and harmony back into your mind.

3. Look forward and start planning and taking action  to move on with your life.

4. While you're moving on, develop some soft skills to overcome your own personal limitations - such as skills of influence, communication, self confidence etc... so that you do not repeat the same mistakes again.
